Description of the Program:
The program will accept clients bound for jail/prison without program intervention within the context of Michigan Sentencing Guidelines. Program length is 135 Credit Days.
Eligibility Criteria
Male/Female, minimum age 17 Non-assaultive, felony offender No chronic medical/psychiatric care required Minimum sentencing guideline requirement of 0-9 or 0-6 on a probation violation

MDOC Intensive Outpatient Residential |

Description of the Program:
The MDOC Intensive Outpatient Residential Substance Abuse Program was designed to provide a residential setting for probation/parole violators who require intensive outpatient substance abuse services. Program requirements and intensive counseling services are provided by Saginaw Psychological Services, Inc. Tri Cap provides 24 hour supervision, room and board, and other program requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Male/Female, minimum age 17 Non Assaultive, Parole/Probation Violators Requiring intensive substance abuse counseling
Programming is determined by a risk/needs assessment. Length of stay (not to exceed 90 days) is approved by the Office of Substance Abuse Control of the Michigan Department of Corrections. Residents are subject to program rules and random drug/alcohol testing. |

SAI Aftercare Program |

Description of the Program:
The program will accept male/female offenders graduating from the SAI Program and requiring services to fulfill their probation/parole requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Male/Female SAI graduates (parole or probation)
Services Available
30 Credit Days of supervision Job search assistance and encouragement Job Club Optional counseling Community Service Placement assistance
Additional Notes: Offenders will also be accepted if on probation/parole and require residential care due to inability to fulfill probation/parole requirements. |

Intensive Program |

24 hour supervision Individual treatment plan Educational remediation Vocational training Random PBT/urinalysis screening Intensive substance abuse counseling Recreation Job Club and employment assistance and encouragement Required to attend established local AA, NA, and CA

Parole Alternative Corrections (PAC) |

Description of the Program:
The program will accept male/female offenders who are demonstrating problems carrying out their parole requirements. Program length is 30 credit days.
Eligibility Criteria
Male/Female, minimum age of 17 Non-assaultive, felony offender Area Manager approval No chronic medical/psychiatric care required Not requiring detoxification
Services
24 hour intense supervision Counseling Vocational training Job Club and employment assistance and encouragement Recreation Random PBT/urinalysis screening Assistance establishing housing Attend established local AA, NA, and CA (if required)
Additional Notes:
Parole violators are eligible for any program Tri Cap has to offer, as determined by the Area Manager.
