The staff at TRICAP have many years in the criminal justice, social work and psychology fields, bringing experience, skills and knowledge to those that they serve.  

Gary Davis
Executive Director

President and Chief Executive Officer of TRICAP, Gary administers and monitors the development of program policies and procedures in co-operation with the Board of Directors.  Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Saginaw Valley State University and has been serving TRICAP since 1990.


Vicki Ervin
Residential Manager

Vicki received her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Saginaw Valley State University.  She began her career at TRICAP in 1997 as a Residential Advisor (RA), promoted to Women’s Program Supervisor in 2003 and later moved into her current role as Residential Manager where she oversees all RA’s and supervisors of both the womens’ and mens’ dorm. 

“The key for success for our residents is they have to come to point in their life where they say enough is enough and they want to change for themselves not anyone else.”


Michael Tetsworth
Administrative Manager

MIke received his Bachelor’s Degree from Ferris State University and his Criminal Justice/Corrections Certificate from Delta College.  He has been serving TRI-CAP since 2012 were he started as a Resident Advisor, served as the Day Reporting Supervisor and later obtained the Administrative Manager role responsible for TRICAP operations.

“One of my most memorable moments was helping a resident create an email account for a job application in which resulted in a full time position post TRICAP completion.”


Pamela Beamon
Senior Case Manager

Pamela serves as the Senior Case Manager where she screens/coordinates all intake referrals and supervises the case management department staff.  She received both her Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Saginaw Valley State University.  She has served TRICAP since 2006.


Margaret Bach
 Accreditation & Program Development Manager

Margie assists the organization in preparation and planning for accreditation, ensuring all necessary trainings and plans are completed as well as identifying and analyzing new program opportunities for TRICAP.  Margie is a Licensed Master of Social Work through the State of Michigan, receiving her Bachelor degree from Central Michigan University and her Master of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University.


Nancy Smith
Financial Manager

Nancy began her career at TRICAP in 2004 as a Resident Advisor.  After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saginaw Valley State University she was promoted to Financial  Manager in 2008.

“I strongly believe that TRI-CAP can really help those residents who want to change. By offering a vast amount of programming, residents have the opportunity to create new outcomes for their lives. I love being part of a team who truly believes that change is possible with hard work. TRI-CAP offers residents the tools to start those changes.  As Martin Luther King Jr. said, “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” 


Maryann Wojowoda
Secretary

Maryann began at TRICAP in 2014 as a Resident Advisor and promoted to Secretary in 2015.  She is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Corrections at Delta College.

“The key to a client’s success is that they need to want to make the change versus being forced to make it…If they take in as much information as the classes allow with different ways to cope with their addiction they have a much better chance once they leave the program.”


Shania Snead
Secretary

Shania started at TRICAP through Michigan Works WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) Youth Program as a part-time secretary in 2019 and promoted to full-time in 2020.

“I like working at TRICAP because it gives me an amazing opportunity to work in corrections.  I’ve learned a lot about the necessities needed to help our loved ones in need to recover and cope.”
