How long do residents stay at TRICAP?
Depending on the program requirements, residents may stay between 30 – 150 days.
How can I communicate with my family member while they are at TRICAP?
Residents may make telephone calls through the use of a phone card. Phone cards may be purchased at TRICAP, or you may go to the crown website at accounts.ncic.com and add funds on there.
What is the address that I should use to get items to my family member?

Does TRICAP offer a commissary, if so what is available?
Yes, health and beauty supplies are available through commissary.
When can I drop off personal items to my family member?
Drop offs may ONLY occur Monday – Friday from 9 am – 4 pm. The receptionist area is closed on holidays and weekends.
Can I drop off money for my family member?
Yes, up to $300 per resident.
How often can personal items be dropped off for residents?
Only one drop off per week per resident. This drop off can include any items identified on the Resident Personal Belonging Inventory.
When can I visit my family member?
Your family member will be in contact with you to schedule visits.
Can I call and leave a message for a resident?
No. Only in emergency situations, such as, a death or serious injury/illness, may a message be left for a resident.
How do I get items to my family member if I live hours away and cannot drop them off in person?
Personal items may be mailed through US postal system or other delivery services. PLEASE NOTE deliveries are ONLY accepted Monday – Friday from 9 am – 4 pm. and not on weekends or holidays.
Can I write letters to my family member?
Family and friends are welcome to reach out to their loved ones through the mail. TRICAP only allows residents to receive correspondents through postcards. TRICAP welcomes you to send as many postcards to loved ones as you would like.
